Newfound Love..

Hello everyone,
Today I’m going to share a simple layout inspired by Altenew Sketch Challenge. I have started a new series of crafting, scrapbooking.This layout is close to my heart,my baby girl is fond of airplanes just like her dad, captured the moment when she was looking for the planes.

Tutorial:
  • First, distress the paper edges and paint it with watercolor/distress ink
  • In a 12*12inch white cardstock, paste the distressed patterned paper as shown
  • Arranged the pictures and other elements as per the Altenew sketch layout

Bouquet Flower !!

Hello everyone,

Today I'm going to share a flower bouquet card. Spring season is here with full of flowers.I'm loving this season,it's not too hot or humid like the summer nor it is too cold like those cold, freezing days of winter.
Tutorial:
  • Stamp all the images in a cardstock,color them and cut the shape out
  • Make a watercolor background in the centre of the watercolor paper
  • Trim a thin stripes from green color cardstock to use it as a flower stem
  • Atlast arrange them onto the watercolor paper and stick it over the grey cardstock

Love Is Art - Canvas Painting

Hello everyone,

I'm back with the canvas painting series using acrylic colors. This painting was inspired by the artist Varsha Khartmal. When I saw her painting, I was speechless and fell in love with all her paintings.
This painting took lot of time and effort,indeed the best one. (lol) You can see how vibrant and vivid. I have used yellow color in most of my paintings.
Got a chance to upgrade my camera.These pictures are taken in my new Mirrorless camera and I love the quality of the pics. I have created a video tutorial for this painting,subscribe to my channel Art conquers for more videos

Tutorial:
  • Draw a rough sketch on the canvas board
  • First,color the background with blue acrylic and lotus leaves
  • Later, color the hair, followed by face,neck and hand
  • Use metallic colors for the ornaments
  • Paint the lotus with shades of pink acrylic.
  • For the outfit, use orange and yellow acrylic.
  • Atlast, apply a coat of varnish for the glossy look.

  • Acrylic colors from fevicryl,liquitex and folk art
  • Metallic colors from Fevicryl
  • Round Brush Size 2,4,8

Love you - DT post for Creations In Pink

Hello everyone,

Today I have a card to share for the challenge over at Creations In pink. Our theme is ALWAYS ANYTHING GOES as long as you have more Pink than any other colors. Our sponsor for this challenge is SheepSkiDesigns.



Tutorial:
  • Create a scene by watercoloring the background as shown.
  • Colored the digital stamp using copic colors and fussy cut them
  • Heat embossed the sentiments
  • Atlast arrange them on the watercolored background using foam tape.

Ganesha painting on canvas using Acrylic (Series 3)

Hello everyone,
Today I'm going to share Ganesha painting using acrylic. I made it in a bigger canvas of size 11*14 inches. For the upcoming month, I will paint Lord Ganesha with different techniques.


Earlier, I painted only Lord Ganesha's face. This time, I tried painting the entire Ganesha and decided to give as a birthday present to my friend. I'm happy that she liked it. 

Tutorial:
  • Sketch the Ganesha on the canvas using pencil.
  • Paint the background with Flat brush making horizontal strokes using Blue and green acrylic.
  • Color the Ganesha face and the body with skin tone and yellow color.
  • Then paint the ganesh dhoti with red and white acrylic, lotus with pink and white.
  • Atlast, give a coat of varnish for the glossy look.

Smile..!! It's Your Birthday..!!

Hi there,

I'm back with a birthday card made for my friend inspired by Timeout challenge color combinations. Today is her birthday, I gave this card and one more Ganesha Painting, she was excited and happy about her gift.


I started with cutting a kraft cardstock and embossed them using sizzix embossing folder, pasted on the brown cardstock. I made heart balloons using patterned paper, mounted them on the card with the help of foam tape. Atlast added my die cut sentiments to the card.

  • Kraft cardstock from Paper Studio
  • Pattered paper from Letz craft store
  • Sizzix embossing folder
  • Sizzix birthday wishes die cut
  • Scotch 3M double tape
