Warm wishes & Sunny Smiles!!

Hello there,

Today I'm sharing a card made from Monda Poinsettia Essentials by Ellen stamp. This is the bigger floral stamp I got till now and I love it so much.

I made a stripes background pattern using distress ink in bristol smooth card stock. I love watercolors and I used the same for my flowers. These colors are inspired from Ellenhutson July color trend Challenge. I stamped them in canson watercolor paper , trim the shape out and mounted on the striped background card stock. At last heat embossed the sentiments and blended the background with distress ink.

Materials Used

  • Monda Poinsettia Essentials by Ellen
  • Strathmore 300 series Bristol smooth pad
  • Canson Montval watercolor paper
  • Camel Artist watercolor
  • Ranger Embossing powder Black
  • Distress ink cracked pistachio

Coffee - is happiness in a cup!

Hi there,

The first thing that comes to my mind after getting up is a cup of coffee. The day won’t go well without the coffee. This beverage keeps me energized and happy throughout the day.

I made a simple ATC tag for the ongoing challenge at Happy Little Stampers

I used tissue paper for the texture background and distressed the paper with ink. Later I made the shape of coffee cup and hearts from felt. At last handwritten the sentiment “Coffee love ”

Firework! Firework!

Hi everyone,

Recently I made a few cards for the on-going challenges. I created a firework scene in this card.Is there anyone who doesn't like firework? May be some people scared to light them up, but I'm sure they love to watch them. In recent times, people started using the fireworks for various occasion like wedding, birthday etc .When I was young, I will be waiting for Diwali festival(festival of Lights) to celebrate with crackers and light them up. But now I love to watch the fireworks and capture those moments through my camera.

For this card, water colored my background , created a firework scene with a white pen and framed it. Later I stamped the house image in a cardstock ,trim the shape out and pasted within the frame. At last I stamped the sentiments.

This challenge helps us to create unique and innovative cards using the same stamp/dies. I wanted to participate in this challenge to show my creativity. I made a Christmas and a Birthday card using my Christmas tree stamp.
